Jeff Windsor ACA
Jeff trained in a small practice and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1998. Once qualified, Jeff joined Ernst & Young in their corporate finance department and spent four years there specialising in due diligence reviews and stock exchange work. Jeff returned to general practice in July 2002 when he joined Davey Grover and was promoted to partner in June 2005.
Since becoming a partner, Jeff has been instrumental in helping Davey Grover grow considerably, through a mixture of acquisitions and organic growth, whilst also moving the firm to a corporate structure. Jeff is well aware of the challenges facing small businesses having faced a number of those challenges himself, and can utilise this experience to help his clients through whatever challenges they may face. Jeff’s main focus, apart from running the practice, is supporting owner managed business to ensure they have the information they need to grow. Outside the business, Jeff has a keen interest in motorsport and golf.
Matt Chambers Bsc ACA MAAT
Matt studied accountancy at the University of Hull, before training to be a Chartered Accountant in Peterborough and subsequently qualifying in 2010. Matt joined Davey Grover in 2012, and was promoted to manager in 2015, managing the day to day work flow of the practice and overseeing the team. Matt enjoys the technical side of accountancy, working with owner managed businesses to ensure their needs are met.
Andrew Brown ACCA FMAAT
Andrew joined the practice in 1991, and qualified in 1999 as a Certified Accountant. He has over 25 years’ experience with the practice and its clients across a broad range of roles for accountancy, audit and taxation. Always happy to meet the needs of the clients he looks after using his knowledge and understanding of their business needs.
Chloe Campbell ACCA MAAT
Chloe joined in 2011 having just gained her AAT qualification. Since then she has trained with the company and became ACCA qualified in 2015. Chloe is experienced in preparing VAT returns and company accounts as well as personal tax returns. In her spare time she enjoys cake baking and decorating.
Oonagh Yeomans FMAAT
Payroll administrator and bookkeeper
Oonagh joined the practice in September 2008 after completing her AAT qualification at a local practice. Oonagh has experience in all aspects of payroll including auto enrolment and the construction industry scheme. She also has experience in bookkeeping, VAT and management accounts. In her spare time Oonagh likes going to watch all types motorsport and has a keen interest in photography.
Hayley joined Davey Grover in 2015, coming from a background of book-keeping and farm accounts’ administration. She has over 10 years’ experience as an accounts clerk within Practice. Her hobbies include indoor and outdoor bowling, playing at County level.
Jess joined the practice in November 2012 covering maternity leave for reception, but has since progressed to working in the payroll department where she deals with all aspects of payroll including auto-enrolment and Construction Industry Scheme. She is also involved in Davey Grover’s administration, and continues to develop her skills and responsibilities within the practice.
Cori joined Davey Grover’s administration team, bringing with her 15 years’ experience in customer service and administration.
